3. Eligibility to Use Our Services
To use our services, you represent and warrant that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with Nexver.
- You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Client Obligations
To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

- Provide all requested documents in a timely manner.
